Crochet Pendent Purse

Instructions:
Crochet Pendent Purse
1 Ball #10 Cebelia (will make several)
Size 6 steele crochet hook
1 Decorative button or bead for closing.

Chain 6 and join with a slip stitch to form ring.
Row 1: Ch1, 10 sc in ring and join with sl st.
Row 2: Ch1, sc in each sc increasing 8 stitches evenly spaced. Join with slip st. (18 sts)
Row 3: Ch1, sc in each sc increasing 10 stitches evenly spaced. Join with slip st (28 sts)
Row 4: Ch1, sc in each sc increasing 10 stitches evenly spaced. Join with slip st (38 sts)
Row 5: Ch1, sc in each sc increasing 8 stitches evenly spaced. Join with slip st (46 sts)
Row 6: Ch2, dc in each sc (do no increase). Join with slip stitch.
Rows 7 through 10: repeat row 6.
Row 11: Ch 1, sc in each dc join with slip stitch. Do no break thread.
FLap:
Row 1: Ch1, sc in next sc, *ch 1. skip one sc, sc in next sc* eleven times. 12 sc in all. Slip st to next sc. Ch 1 turn. (12 ch spaces)
Row 2: Ch 1 sc in each ch space. Slip st to last sc. (11 ch spaces)
Continue as row two until you have 3 ch spaces. Chain enough to go over button, slip stitch to the other edge of flap and fasten off.
Necklace cord: Join yarn to the bag at side of flap. Chain length desired and fasten to the purse at the other side of the flap with a slip stitch. Slip stitch back across the chain and end with a slip stitch and finish off.
